The Medical Officer In charge of TBL Moniaya Ogoja, Dr. Njoku was attacked last night, Sunday December 13th 2020 at Ogoja Local Government Area of Cross River State.
The Lumine News learnt that Dr. Njoku is currently receiving treatment in an undisclosed facility.
This incident is unfortunate as medical doctors under the umbrella of Nigerian Medical Association in the state is currently embarking on strike to protest the insecurity in the state.
As at the time of filing this report, what led to his attack, is yet to be disclosed.
