The Cross River State Governor, Sir. Ben Ayade has again relaxed the curfew imposed on the state capital following the wanton looting and destruction of properties worth millions of naira.
In a release sighted by The Lumine News and signed by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Publicity, Mr. Christian Ita, indicates that restriction movement is now relaxed by the hours of 6am and 10pm.
The release reads in parts “The state governor, His Excellency Sir Ben Ayade has further relaxed the curfew imposed in the state.
“Starting from tomorrow, Sunday, November 8, 2020, curfew will now be between the hours of 10pm and 6am.
“Consequently, restriction of movement is now relaxed between the hours of 6am and 10pm.
“By this development, members of the public are free to go about their businesses from 6am to 10pm”.
