by The Senator Representing Cross River North Senatorial District, Senator Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe, has donated the sum of N2.5million to his Alma Mater, Pope John Paul Minor Seminary, Okpoma Yala LGA, on the occasion of her 40th anniversary/launching of the Chapel building completion.
Senator Jarigbe, who was represented by the Candidate of the PDP for Bekwarra State Constituency, Barr. Omang Charles Omang stated that, as an old boy of the seminary, he will continue to support the growth and development of the revered institution of learning.
At the ruby anniversary held in Okpoma, Yala LGA of Cross River State, the lawmaker doubled as Chairman of the occasion while rejoicing with the priests, Students, laity and the entire members of the diocese on the joyous occasion.
He noted that the School had for 40 years remained a hallmark of academic excellence by building smart and intelligent individuals and priests who spread the good news of salvation in Nigeria, particularly to the people of Cross River North.
