by REAFFIRMATION OF MR. MARVELLOUS IMOKE AS THE CENSSA-WW CHIEF
The Board of Trustees of CENSSA Worldwide, has affirmed Mr. Marvellous Imoke as the authentic Chief of our noble organization. In line with the section 6 (6)1 of the CENSSA Worldwide Constitution which states that:
a. The Board of Trustee shall be the highest body of authority in CENSSA – WW
b. The Board of Trustee shall serve as an advisory council in CENSSA -WW
c. The Board of Trustee shall intervene/interfere to solve issues in CENSSA – WW when the serving executives and the six (6) Local Government Areas are unable to solve or handle the issue.
Following the decision of the board to cancel the election that produced Mr. Idaka Sunday on January 23, 2021 at Ikom LGA due to election fraud after receiving a petition written by the LGA presidents, the BOT in consultation with the electoral body and students, declared the election null and void.
Subsequently, A new election was conducted that produced a legitimate president in the person of Mr. Marvellous Imoke as the incumbent CENSSA Worldwide Chief.
Hence, Mr. Sunday Idaka is not recognized as the Chief of CENSSA Worldwide. By this letter, Mr. Sunday Idaka has been given up to August 16, 2021 to cease impersonating as a Chief or face legal actions.
The interest of the assembly supersedes personal interest and for the progress of the assembly, we hope that Mr. Sunday Idaka will respect the decision of the BOT and the students of Central Cross River State.
